HEALTH ISSUES AND FACILITIES IN PAKISTAN

Abstract

Pakistan is one of the developing countries of the world where the citizens have to face health issues at large scale. They are deprived from proper care, concentration of doctors, provision of medicines and facility of blood tests and ultrasound etc. The majority of people cannot afford the heavy charges of private hospitals and laboratories in the country. Although, the government has been making the efforts for a long time but the public is not satisfied from these efforts. The majority of people is habitual of taking injections and drips in all over the country; however, a lower proportion of population also get benefits from the other sources of maintaining health including homoeopathic, herbal and spiritual way of treatment.
